Welcome to Kit’s Cleaning Services! Life can be hectic, we understand that keeping your home clean can feel overwhelming. At Kit's Services, we are here to help busy families reclaim their time and enjoy a fresh, calm, and truly clean home. 

Important Information

Supplies & Equipment Kit’s Services LLC provides their own cleaning supplies and equipment. It is important we are informed of any preferences, allergies, or aversions. If preferable, Kit’s will use your cleaning supplies and equipment. All equipment must be clean and in good working condition. Kit’s will not clean or repair customer equipment and is not responsible for any incident that may occur while utilizing customer equipment.

Company Notes To be of better service, Kit’s Services LLC, keeps notes/information relative to each job and customer home digitally stored. This allows us to better serve everyone on an individual basis. These notes should include information on pets, access, cleaning priorities, what to avoid, contact information, allergies, and cleaning products required or preferred. All temporary or permanent changes must be communicated in a timely manner and may impact service costs.

Payments Payment arrangements must be agreed upon prior to job service. We accept varies different forms of payment, these can include cash, most cards, and personal checks. Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal are accepted with an additional service fee of up to 10% of services cost or $5, whichever is higher. Kit’s Services LLC does not accept mailed checks. Exceptions can be made for repeat customers. Additional charges may be charged based on the overall conditions and/or special requirements or requests for any job. Late payments, additional services, insufficient funds may incur additional fees and potential legal action as seen fit. We have a minimum rate per worker, per day, per job. This ensures that our staff is taken care of, so they continue to stay with Kit’s and preform to our standards.

Customer Responsibilities Please be sure all clutter, toys, personal items of value and any hazards are removed prior to our visit, this ensures Kit’s Services LLC can remain time and cost effective. Please disclose all chemicals used prior to Kit’s Service LLC arrival. Combinations of certain cleaning chemicals can create hazardous environments for employees and customers. Minimize distractions so our employees can focus on the task at hand in the most time responsible manner. Kit’s Services LLC requires customers to open doors of any room being clean and make sure doors of rooms not being cleaned are shut. This helps communicate what rooms are being done and what rooms are not to be accessed.

Cancelation Policy Within 72 hours: $50 fee may be charged. This applies to business hours including all major holidays. Within 24 hours: Full cleaning fee may be charged. If we are unable to gain access for any reason the full cleaning fee may be charged. Additionally, if you choose to reschedule to a different day/time, a full cleaning fee may be charged for the new appointment as well. Canceling Appointment: Late notice cancelled appointments result in scheduling inefficiencies and lost employee hours. Advance notice keeps our employees’ schedules consistent which in turn helps us keep our workers happy and consistent. If you will be traveling, entertaining, have surgery scheduled or contract work appointments on one of your scheduled appointments please tell us two weeks in advance. Cancellations due to weather/inoperable conditions: If cleaner is already on site and a power failure occurs, emergency plumbing issue arises or an act of nature occurs, we will not be held liable to return to complete work or reduce our regular cleaning fee. Service Cancelation: We would appreciate 30 day written notice to cancel your revolving service plan.

Other Disclosures Kit’s Services LLC and associates have the right to leave any job site at any time if they feel unsafe in any way, physically, emotionally unsafe, and/or mentally. During the event Kit’s Services LLC employee feels they need to leave a job site for fear of their safety, the customer may be charged the full amount and legal action will be pursued if applicable. It is the customers responsibility to advise on preferences, special requests, and unique service location conditions as soon as reasonably known. It is the responsibility of the customer to disclose any known issues related to pests, biohazards, or any other potentially dangerous or nuisance issues. Kit’s Services LLC is not liable for faulty or poorly installed furniture/fixtures, picture hangings, appliance parts, aged/brittle wood (…etc.) that damage, fall, or break during cleaning. All cleaning supplies/equipment supplied by the customer that may cause damage in any manner is not the responsibility of Kit’s Services LLC Kit’s Services LLC cannot guarantee the removal of blemishes on surfaces. Kit’s Services LLC assumes all specialty surfaces (i.e., granite, stone, wood, etc.) are appropriately sealed and able to be cleaned with appropriate cleaner without worry of causing damages. By booking with Kit’s Services LLC, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in our customer document. Full access to this document is available by request. Terms and agreements are subject to adjustment at any time via company’s discretion without warning or notice.
